Terms of Use

GoodNorm · Last updated October 7, 2026

Welcome to GoodNorm. By using this service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What GoodNorm is
GoodNorm is a community incident reporting platform. It lets people report property damage or lost items, lets others search moderated reports, and lets property owners request a reporter's contact details through a paid, verified release. GoodNorm is a communication tool. It is not a law enforcement agency, insurance provider, or claims processor, and reports do not constitute insurance claims or police reports.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to submit only truthful reports to the best of your knowledge, to report only incidents you personally witnessed or experienced, and not to use GoodNorm to harass, defame, dox, or target any person. You may not attempt to access another person's contact details except through the paid, verified release flow. We may reject, remove, or moderate any report at our discretion, and may suspend access for misuse.
3. Reporter responsibilities
Anonymous reporting is available, but you must provide a valid email so you can retrieve your own report. Falsely attributing property damage to another person may be unlawful in your jurisdiction.
4. Unlock requests and fees
Running a report search requires a $2.00 search fee, which is non-refundable once the search has run. Property owners may then request the reporter's contact information for a one-time fee (currently $19.99 per request). The fee covers verification and release processing and is non-refundable once contact details have been released. Release of contact information is subject to the reporter's participation; GoodNorm does not guarantee that a request will produce a response from a reporter.
5. No guarantee of outcomes
We make no guarantee that any report will be found, matched, or resolved. Search results depend on other users' reports, and GoodNorm is only as complete as its community.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant GoodNorm a license to display and process it within the service. The GoodNorm name, interface, and brand are owned by PulseDataEngineer Pathway LLC.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoodNorm and PulseDataEngineer Pathway LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including disputes between reporters and property owners.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Questions: info@pulsedataengineer.com.
