Physician Platform

Universal Secure Doctor–Patient Platform

One patient.
One complete record.

USDPP unifies every clinical record across hospitals, clinics, labs and health information exchanges into a single longitudinal FHIR R4 view — with AI agents for claims, prior authorization, and clinical documentation built in.

What USDPP does

A complete physician platform for the modern, interoperable healthcare system — from the moment a patient walks in, to the claim that gets paid.

Patient Intake

Digital intake with consent capture, full medical history, vitals and insurance — every patient receives a unique USDPP MRN.

MPI Identity Resolution

Cross-source demographic matching scores and links every incoming record to the right patient in the Master Patient Index.

Longitudinal Records

One unified clinical timeline across hospitals, clinics, labs and HIEs — reconciled, with discrepancies flagged for physician review.

TEFCA / QHIN Discovery

Nationwide health information exchange through Qualified Health Information Networks, with FHIR R4 endpoints and consent gates.

Claims Agent

AI denial-risk review for every claim — flagged coding issues, missing documentation and recommended actions before submission.

Authorization Agent

AI-drafted prior authorization packets with medical necessity justification and payer-specific document checklists.

PromptDocAI Clinical Agents

Differential diagnosis support and AI-drafted SOAP documentation, wired directly into the physician workflow.

Provider Access Verification

Live NPPES registry lookups and monthly OIG LEIE exclusion screening gate every account — verified in the HIPAA audit log.

How it works

Getting started takes minutes — the platform is gated to verified, registered providers only.

Step 1

Register a provider account

Create your USDPP account with your name, NPI and organization. Every action is tied to your account for the HIPAA audit trail.

Step 2

Verify provider access

USDPP confirms your identity against the live CMS NPPES registry and screens the OIG LEIE exclusion list before granting access.

Step 3

Access the full platform

Patient intake, MPI matching, longitudinal records, claims, authorizations and AI clinical agents — all unlocked.

The USDPP data pipeline — end to end

Once inside the physician dashboard, this is the exact flow your patients' data follows — consent-gated, provenance-tracked, and fully audited.

USDPP does not know in advance where a patient's records live. After the provider gate, initial MPI, and consent/authorization (steps 1–4), USDPP connects to a TEFCA QHIN to discover which participant networks may hold records (step 5), runs FHIR $patient-match per network to obtain each network's local MRN (step 6), then links those MRNs back to the USDPP Person ID as a crosswalk (step 7) before authorized retrieval (step 8).

USDPP — End-to-End Data Pipeline (12 Steps)

Consent/Authorization gates before any patient-data retrieval. The Master Patient Index runs twice: an initial internal match (steps 2–3), then a crosswalk linking externally discovered MRNs back to the USDPP Person ID (step 7).

STEP 1

Provider Access Gate

Authenticate & verify the doctor before any patient data.

Authenticate doctor (MFA)Verify license / credential (NPPES, FSMB PDC, OIG LEIE)Verify organizationEstablish treatment relationship / purpose
STEP 2

Patient Intake + Initial MPI

Collect demographics and run an internal MPI lookup.

STEP 3

USDPP Person ID

Resolve to an existing Person ID or mint a new one.

Existing U-12345 OR new U-12345Identity ready for authorization
STEP 4

Consent / Authorization

GATE

Patient consent + policy evaluation BEFORE any data retrieval.

STEP 5

Network Discovery

Discover which external networks may hold this patient.

STEP 6

Patient Discovery / Matching

Run FHIR $patient-match per network to obtain local MRNs.

Network A → AZ-789Network B → TX-456Network C → CA-222
STEP 7

Identity Resolution / Crosswalk

Link discovered source MRNs back to the USDPP Person ID.

AZ-789 + TX-456 + CA-222 → U-12345Crosswalk persisted with per-source confidence
STEP 8

Authorized Data Retrieval

Pull FHIR R4 resources per source MRN under consent scope.

STEP 9

Step 5 · TEFCA / QHIN Network Discovery

USDPP connects to a TEFCA QHIN to discover which participant networks hold the patient's records.

Each discovered network becomes a USDPPDataSource row tagged trustFramework = tefca/qhin — shown in the Connected Sources grid below. USDPP then pulls by the MRN that network holds for the patient (network-of-networks model).
